Write to [email protected]. One person reads that inbox, so a short message with a link to the page you are asking about gets a better answer than a long one without.
What we are glad to hear about
- Corrections. A figure, a domain, an app detail or a regulatory point that is wrong or out of date. A link to the official source that shows the correct position makes the fix immediate.
- Gaps. An access problem you hit that none of our thirty guides covers. That is how the next guide gets written.
- Clarity. A passage that reads as if it is telling you to do something we would never tell you to do. We would rather rewrite it than leave it ambiguous.
- Language. This site is published in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi and Russian. If a translated page reads awkwardly or drifts from the English original, tell us which page and which passage.
What we cannot do
We are not the platform, so we have no access to any account and no channel into its support. That means we cannot unlock an account, reset a password, release a withdrawal, look up a verification status, or chase a ticket for you. Anyone who offers to do those things for a fee is not able to do them either.
Please do not send us a password, a one-time code, a two-factor code, backup codes, a screenshot showing any of them, or an identity document. We do not want them, we would not use them, and no legitimate correspondent on this subject ever asks for them. If a message claiming to be from us ever does, it is not from us.
We also do not give financial, tax or legal advice, we do not recommend trades or strategies, and we do not tell readers whether they may lawfully use a platform in their country. Those are questions for a qualified adviser or the relevant authority.
Account problems: the right route
For anything inside an account, the operator's own support is the only channel that can act, and it should be reached from inside the signed-in account or from the operator's own site — never from a phone number, chat handle or link that arrived in a message, an advert or a search result. Our guides on blocked and locked accounts and password recovery set out what to prepare before you write to them.
